ARCHIMEDES: Sustainable transport in Aalborg
Have you been riding on a blue city bike? Have you seen your next stop on the screen in the bus? Have you tried the free City Circle bus this summer? Or do you have a green environmental zone label on your truck? In that case, you have taken part in one of ARCHIMEDES projects.
ARCHIMEDES is an EU project promoting sustainable mobility and runs from 2008-2012. In Aalborg, ARCHIMEDES manages a range of projects that are organized in eight groups:
